Terms of use

Bazardone is an online platform that connects farmers and buyers. By registering for or using the app, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

On Bazardone, farmers post tenders for their produce and buyers place offers on those tenders. The platform provides tools to compare offers, connect the parties and follow the progress of a deal.

• You must be over 18 and register with your phone number to use the platform.
• The information in your account must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out through it.
• If you believe your account has been used without permission, notify us immediately.

When using the platform, you must not:

• post false, misleading or someone else's information;
• offer products that are prohibited by law or require a special licence to sell;
• insult, deceive or spam other users;
• interfere with the platform or try to bypass its security measures;
• collect platform data without permission or distribute it for commercial purposes.

Bazardone is only an intermediary platform and is not a party to agreements made between users. Obligations regarding product quality, quantity, price, delivery and payment rest with the parties to the deal.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the tenders and offers you post. Withdrawing from an accepted offer without good reason may lead to restrictions on your account.

Listing products on the platform is free. If any service fee or commission applies, its amount and conditions are clearly shown in the app before payment.

The Bazardone name, logo, design and software belong to Bazardone and may not be used without permission.

You keep the rights to the text and photos you post. By posting them on the platform, you grant Bazardone a free licence to display and distribute that content for the purpose of providing the service.

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep the service running without interruptions or errors, but we do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Bazardone is not liable for agreements between users, the actions of third parties or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

You can also delete your account from the app at any time. See the "Account deletion" page for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation first and, if no agreement is reached, in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
