To provide the service, we may collect the following data:

• Account data: first and last name, phone number, email address (if provided), your role (farmer or buyer) and region.
• Platform activity: tenders you post, product details and photos, offers you make and receive, and deal history.
• Contact requests: information you send us via the contact form, email or phone.
• Technical data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, device identifier for push notifications and crash reports.

• to improve the service and produce statistics and AI recommendations;

We do not sell your personal data. Data may only be shared in the following cases:

• With other users: your name, region, tender and offer details may be visible to the other party so that a deal can take place.
• With service providers: parties that provide technical support to us, such as hosting, SMS, notification and analytics services, only to the extent necessary.
• When required by law: based on a lawful request from competent authorities.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After your account is deleted, your personal data is deleted or anonymised. Some data required by law (for example, records of financial transactions) may be kept for the period set by law.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and other technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss and alteration. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be considered completely secure.

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data", you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
• request deletion of your account and personal data;
• opt out of notifications and marketing messages.

You can delete your account from the app at any time: Profile → About us → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, contact us by email or phone. Step-by-step instructions are on the "Account deletion" page.

Bazardone is not intended for people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If we find that such data has been collected, we delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version is published on this page, and we notify you of significant changes through the app.
